For this project in Miami shores our client had a problem with the different soil levels between his yard and the neighbors. When it rained the soil from the neighbors’ yard would wash down to his property onto his pathway and drive. What we did to solve this problem was to use 4” thick oolite Slabs (coral Rock) to create a retaining wall along his property line. Bougainvillea trellis was planted along the oolite retaining wall to act as screen. We also root pruned and relocated five crotons and a Christmas palm.
