Drawing up a site plan for any project is a good idea because you get a clear visual image of what you want to achieve. For this project in Miami Beach FL we put together a color site plan for our client so that he would know the layout of all the new plant material. For this drawing all the existing plant materials that we weren’t going to demo we outlined in Grayscale; and all new plant materials were outlined in color. This way our clients could visually move around the property easily and have a better understanding of what we were proposing to do.
